Shipping Timeframes
🇺🇸 United States Shipped via trusted carriers like USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 15 to 20 business days after processing.
🌍 International Orders Estimated delivery: 15 to 30 business days, depending on your destination country and local courier network.

Order Tracking

Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your shipping address? Please send your request within 24 hours of purchase, after that, your order is already in motion and we can no longer make changes.
To cancel an order, email us with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER" 📧 support@trymovan.com
Once shipped, cancellations and address changes are locked in by the carrier.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right, fast. Just email support@trymovan.com with:
