This processing period allows our team to:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States Orders
Orders within the United States are shipped using trusted courier services such as USPS and FedEx.

International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide to a wide range of countries.
- Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days depending on destination and local delivery services

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or update your order information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, edits, or address changes can no longer be processed.
Delivery Attempts
Most shipping carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.
To avoid delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages, please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
